Returns
Eligibility: You can return unused and undamaged shower wall panels within 28 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on any products that have been used or installed.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us. Note that you will be responsible for paying any difference in price for the exchanged item.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2 business days. After approval, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: The restocking fee will only be applicable if you want to return or replace the item with our any valid reason. It will be 10% of the price of the product. If you receive damage or defective product then no restocking fee will be apply.
